Everyone has to take a chance sometime in his/her life. Whether it was that first step as a baby or it was running for president of your student club or it was volunteering for a project at work, you had to take a chance and assume a risk. The risk, of course, was that you might not succeed.

But, you won’t always succeed. And that’s okay, as long as you learn from the experience. If you succeed, then great. If you don’t, then you know what to do and what not to do next time. Live and learn.

and so it begins.

Everybody has their dreams. There are those dreams that are obtainable, like being a teacher or affording that dream BMW. Then there are those dreams that sound unreachable, such as becoming an astronuat or being famous. Dreams that with just by thinking it, gets filed away under the category of 'makes me feel good to think about it but I'll go back to my life now' without a second thought.

This magazine represents that - a dream that makes me feel good. Except it isn't a dream anymore but rather a fact.

Since the inception of this magazine with my partner-in-crime, I've established a network of friends, not contacts. I've found more jiggle in my walk and more dimples in my smile. I've lived and breathed this magazine for the last several months and even if site traffic is reduced to zero, I'll consider it a success.
